Refoundry

Refoundry's mission is to provide formerly incarcerated people with skills and opportunities to achieve financial independence and become leaders and job creators in our communities.

Refoundry trains formerly incarcerated people to repurpose discarded materials into home furnishings and mentors them in order to provide guidance on career paths and leading their own businesses.

Our curriculum includes mental health and addiction referrals, classes on how to use the internet, finance, business, resumé-building and interview skills, apprenticeships, business coaching, and more.

At Cisco, our team of Makers serve as mentors to those in the program. They teach everything from woodworking to glass blowing, providing support and opportunities for those who need it and benefit most.
