We take great pride in the quality of the products we produce and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return Policy below:
For damaged product. In the unlikely chance you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or contact a specialist to service the item. Cisco or the carrier will be responsible for the service costs and shipping charges if necessary.
For returns other than damaged product. Returns of furniture purchased online are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Procedure For Making a Return

For For damaged product. Email within 3 days of receiving your order to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
For other than damaged product. Email within 14 days of receiving your order to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Cisco will arrange for pickup of merchandise.
Once item is received back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund minus the applicable shipping fees.
